Only 3% of our parents volunteer each year. It may look like there's lots of help - but just a few parents volunteer a TON of time. We would LOVE to have your help and will figure out how you can do what you love for the best cause in the world - your children! ❤️

We’re actively seeking volunteers to help lead and support beloved school events such as:
- Fall Festival
- Veterans Day
- Book Fair
- Read Across America
- Science & Art Night
- Water Day
- Field Day

IS FINGERPRINTING REQUIRED TO VOLUNTEER?
Answer: Yes - and - no!

YES → To keep all of our children safe, volunteers who work directly with students will need to work through the district office to get fingerprinted. Activities such as classroom volunteering, volunteering for or attending class parties, chaperoning field trips, and assisting with school projects (e.g. hanging art)

NO → Some of our volunteer opportunities are group activities!
This includes things like lending an hour or two to help with Fall Festival, Book Fair, or Science & Art Night. Serving on a committee, or leading events, also does not require fingerprinting.

PLUS! → A lunch order pick-up for teachers during P/T Conferences, or a quick ask for your company to sponsor an MPES event (or to donate!) count as volunteering - and do not require the time needed to get fingerprints done!
- GOOD NEWS→ If you were fingerprinted and approved last year, you will not need to complete the fingerprinting process again, however you will need to complete a new volunteer application by September 30th. After that date, anyone without current paperwork on file will need to repeat the fingerprinting process.
To start the fingerprinting process, please complete the Volunteer Form. You will be contact to schedule an appointment once your form is process.
