MPES Safety Protocol
PCSD follows the Standard Response Protocol
(v. 4, I Love U Guys Foundation)
WILL YOU GET MPES SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS?
✅ You ARE enrolled for emergency communications if you already receive emails from McPolin (like Principal Dufner's monthly updates).
🚨 IF you have not gotten anything, please take action:
1 - 📧 - EMAIL → Check spam folder & mark that McPolin Elementary School is not spam.
2 - 📱- PHONE → Check "blocked" texts.
3 - 💻 - EMAIL → mpes-attendance@pcschools.us, and include your correct email address & phone number. Kindly ask them to ensure your information is correct.
NEXT YEAR:
When you register for school, be sure to OPT-IN to get communications from the school and PCSD.
- Dr. Laura Heise – MPES Dean of Students & School Safety & Security Specialist (SSSS)
- Officer Clayton Eves - School Resource Officer (SRO)
OF NOTE:
McPolin has processes and procedures in place to keep everyone safe. MPES requests that if you are checking out a student early, you email mpes-attendance@pcschools.us before 9 AM to notify them of the early pickup. This keeps the school secure. Thank you!
